    As we approach autumn in the northern hemisphere, shortwave propagation is changing. The 17860 and 15670 kHz transmissions may become more difficult to hear in Europe. On the other hand, Chris in New Zealand is now receiving the 15670 kHz transmission, with a 100% decode (including the Russian) last weekend, as well as this image…
