    T.W. in Shimane Prefecture, Japan, had fair decoding (considering the distance from North carolina transmitter) of VOA Radiogram, 17 May 2014, 0930 UTC, on 5745 kHz. Reception and decode were even better later that day at 1600-1630 UTC on 17860 kHz.
