    The Mighty KBC, 17 Feb 2013, digital text as received in northern Virginia at about 0130 UTC on 9450 kHz (via Bulgaria). Olivia 8-2000 is centered on 1500 Hz, PSKR125 on 2800 Hz. Using Fldigi or other software, you can decode from this recording.
