Note that the 1600 UTC transmission is directed to Europe, not to the Rocky Mountains, and that Tim was experiencing local noise interference during his reception. Tim’s text decode was, nevertheless, mostly free of errors, although the image was somewhat fuzzy. (The vertical lines in the waterfall show the interference.) …
