    In Northern Virginia, skip zone for the 15670 kHz frequency, terrible reception of VOA Radiogram program 120, 19 July 2015, 1930-2000 UTC. Nevertheless, the robust Olivia 64-2000 mode provided 100% decode of the VOA Radiogram transmission schedule at the end of the show. Decode it yourself from this audio. Center frequency is 1515 Hz.
