  • Klaus in Germany provides this picture of all the hardware needed to receive and decode VOA Radiogram. The equipment includes a Tecsun PL310 radio, mini loop antenna, and an older Acer netbook. The Fldigi software interface is seen on the Acer’s display, having just received an MFSK32 image.

    Also shown are the MFSK32 images he received using these devices, 8 February 2015, 1930-2000 UTC, on 15670 kHz.
